The Great Alaska Road Trip

Photographs taken by Forrest L. Smith, III, on a cross-continental trip in the summer and fall of 2015 from Holly Springs, North Carolina, to Homer Alaska, and back.

The trip covered nearly 19,000 miles. Accompanied by Rebecca Troutman. Departed initially June 1, toured the western coast and Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and had a brief interruption to mend a broken elbow back home.
